- Late Payments: Late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposit paid.
2. Pricing
- Price Changes: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are fixed at the time of booking confirmation.
- Inclusions and Exclusions: The price of the tour or service includes only those items specifically stated in the booking confirmation. Additional expenses such as personal expenses, optional tours, and other costs not mentioned are not included.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation by Customer: Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellation fees and refund eligibility.
- Cancellation by D K Northeast Tours & Travels: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We may offer alternative dates or tours, but you will have the option to accept the alternatives or request a full refund.
4. Travel Documents
- Passport and Visa: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, if applicable.
- Identity Documents: Customers are required to carry valid identity documents such as PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or any other equivalent documents.
5. Changes to Itinerary
- Customer-Initiated Changes: Any changes requested by the customer after booking confirmation may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
- Supplier-Initiated Changes: D K Northeast Tours & Travels reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or tour services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, supplier issues, or safety concerns. We will inform you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
6. Liability
- Personal Injury and Property Damage: D K Northeast Tours & Travels shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss or damage suffered by the customer arising from or in connection with the tour or services provided.
- Third-Party Suppliers: We work with third-party suppliers to provide certain services. We are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or service quality.
7. Customer Conduct
- Behavior: Customers are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow travelers, our staff, and third-party service providers. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of your tour without a refund.
- Compliance with Laws: Customers must comply with all local laws and regulations during their travel. D K Northeast Tours & Travels is not responsible for any consequences arising from non-compliance.
